We continue to be the best-known and most reputable real estate developer

According to a survey by Kantar Emor, for the third year running Merko has been deemed the best-known and most reputable real estate developer in Estonia.

Kantar Emor’s annual survey of real estate brands conducted in September and October revealed that Merko continues to hold the position of best-known real estate developer in Estonia. We also achieved first place in the list that ranked real estate developers by reputability. In the survey, respondents primarily saw our high level of professionalism as the basis of our reputability.

We promise to continue our diligent and considerate work in creating new homes!” said Kätlin Kaasik, Communication and Marketing Manager of Merko Ehitus Eesti, in summarising the results of the survey.

According to Mari-Ann Ploom, a survey expert at Kantar Emor, only companies that systemically engage in creating a positive customer experience can reach the top of the reputable developers’ ranking list. “By mapping the post-purchase experience of people who have bought a home in new developments, we can see that their satisfaction is influenced most by construction quality, smart house solutions and a lack of noise pollution,” Ploom commented.

This year’s survey had 488 participants, including 228 respondents who plan to buy an apartment in a new development area in Tallinn or its immediate vicinity, along with 260 respondents who have bought an apartment in Tallinn or Harju County in recent years. Besides the renown and reputability of real estate developers, Kantar Emor also determined the preferences of home buyers with regard to city districts and settlements, purchase motives, selection criteria, planning solutions and the experiences of people who have previously purchased a home.

Merko was also declared the best-known and most reputable real estate developer in Estonia in 2019 and 2020.
